Poor Dalit people denied of opportunities equal participation and in decision making. They are not availed with proper housing for habitation.
The local people are going to take up the project themselves to built new houses. REEDS will extend training support to built houses. The village women will be trained in brick making and will involve in construction of their own houses. They will become expert in construction and carpentry trades as well.
