This project will train doctors of the Thay Nguyen rehabilitation centre to treat patients with skin burns, which reduce costs and increases chance of recovery.

Poor people cannot reach medical help because of a lack of finance. This problem is largest if the cure has to be given in the capital city Hanoi. The Revalidationcenter of Thay Nguyencan gives treatment on a medium scale.

There has been a pilot project recently to find out if local surgeons are able to receive additional training for relatively simple procedures. The surgeons where enthusiastic and this process is planned for the coming years. Special focus is given for skin burn treatment. Extra funds are needed.

Phase 1	PREPARATION in 8 weeks for € 2000
